    Aaron Sosa, PA

    Aaron Sosa is a physician assistant who works in conjunction with Dr. Kamara and the office team in the care of orthopaedic patients. In his role, he specializes in the treatment of arthritis and total joint replacements, including conservative therapies and joint injections. Aaron has been a member of Dr. Kamara’s team since 2018. He is from the Bronx, and is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Aaron is board certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants. In his free time, Aaron enjoys watching many sports and enjoys spending quality time with his pet bulldog, Melo.

    Viresh Ramnarayan, PA

    Viresh Ramnarayan is a Physician Assistant at the Montefiore Medical Center in Joint Replacement. As a surgical Physician Assistant, he is responsible for pre-procedural preparations and assisting Dr. Kamara during surgery. Originally from Guyana, Viresh graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelors in Biology and completed his professional degree at the City University of New York School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants. In his free time, Viresh performs many home improvement projects including construction, gardening, landscaping, and interior decorating. He enjoys being around family and spending time with his english cream golden retriever, Odin.

    Michelle Birman, PA

    Michelle Birman is currently a Physician Assistant at the Montefiore Medical Center for Joint Replacement Surgery. She assists Dr. Kamara in the operating room and preoperative patient care. Born and raised in New Jersey, Michelle is a graduate of Saint John’s University with a bachelor's in Biology and a certificate in Physician Assistant studies. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Michelle enjoys outdoors skiing in the winter, playing tennis, and hiking in the summer. She also loves playing with her pet Chihuahua, Tuckie.
